We are currently located in St. Louis, MO. We can work from PDFs (preferred), etc. and discuss the scripts via phone, skype, etc. and send notes via a number of file types. Our standard turn around is 21 days. Please contact us for additional service costs, questions about terms and conditions, and just to say, “Hello!”
Short Film Script Analysis
$150 US for scripts under 30;
$190 US for 31-50 page scripts;
$240 US for 51-70 page scripts
We deliver a minimum of 4 pages of analysis and recommendations aimed at improving and clarifying the script, plot, characters, theme, etc.
Feature Script Analysis
$300 US (71-125 pages)
Per page charge over 125 pages: $3 for each page.
We deliver a minimum of 6 pages of analysis and recommendations aimed at improving and clarifying the script, plot, characters, theme, etc.
Analysis of First 10 Pages* Feature Film Script
$100 US
We deliver a minimum of 2 pages of analysis and recommendations aimed at improving and clarifying these critical first pages and general recommendation on the script, plot, characters, theme, etc.
*Ideally, we need to read the entire script.
30-minute TV Drama/Comedy Script Analysis**
$150 US
We deliver a minimum of 4 pages of analysis and recommendations aimed at improving and clarifying the script, plot, characters, theme, etc.
60-minute TV Drama/Comedy Script Analysis**
$275 US
We deliver a minimum of 6 pages of analysis and recommendations aimed at improving and clarifying the script, plot, characters, theme, etc.
** Please let provide us information on how this script fits into the series. For example: Is it an episode in an existing series? A pilot for a new series or spin-off? Is it a web series?
Script FINAL*** Proofing & Polishing for Film or Television Scripts:
$100 (under 30 pages);
$150 (31-60);
$200 (61-75 pages);
$250 US (76-125 pages).
Per page charge over 125 pages: $2 for each page.
We provide surface-level improvements regarding spelling, grammar, punctuation, mechanics, and formatting of scene and character description and dialogue.
Our preferred formats are text, rtf, or doc. We also work with hard copies mailed to LightHeart and returned by email as a pdf by email or hard copy by snail mail.
***Script must already be in good condition.
Additional services, such as Writing Treatments, Outlines, Pitches, and Script Rewrites, negotiated on a per-project basis.

LightHeart Script Analysis: TERMS AND CONDITIONS
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
• In connection with your purchased Services, you are entitled to submit to LightHeart Entertainment & Media (1) original screenplay or motion picture or television series script (the “Script”) for review and critique by a LightHeart Entertainment & Media Script Analyst.
• You are at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• You have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into the Agreement, and you agree to abide and be bound the terms and conditions herein.
• All scripts must be written in ENGLISH. All responses will be made by email, snail mail, or handed to you in ENGLISH.
• You understand and acknowledge that our evaluation of the Script may be negative or non-complimentary.
• You are the exclusive owner and sole author of the Script, such that the Script is your original creative work and your submission thereof will not infringe, misappropriate, or violate the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party, and/or you have obtained prior written authorization to act on behalf of any co-creators of the Script. LightHeart Entertainment & Media accepts no liability if you ignore these rules, and you agree to fully indemnify LightHeart Entertainment & Media against any claims by any third party arising from any breach of these rules.
• There are no threatened, pending, or current claims, actions, or lawsuits in connection with the Script, and you agree to notify LightHeart Entertainment & Media immediately upon your notification of any such claims, actions, or lawsuits.
• You are submitting the Script voluntarily on a non-confidential basis.
•You hereby consent to our use of your full name in connection with the Script via any media now known or later developed, for promotional, marketing, or any other purposes we deem appropriate, in our sole discretion. You acknowledge and agree that you will not be entitled to any compensation as a result thereof.
• To protect the anonymity of our Script Analysts, we will not disclose any names in our communication to you.
• The copyright of all scripts sent to LightHeart Entertainment & Media rests with the writer, and you are solely responsible for protecting your rights in the Script.
• In the event we forward your Script to third parties, we hereby expressly waive any and all liability for any violation of your intellectual property or other rights by any such third party, and you hereby release LightHeart Entertainment & Media from any and all liabilities arising out of or related to our forwarding of the Script. However, you retain all rights to the Script itself and any material submitted to LightHeart Entertainment & Media for analysis.
• LightHeart Entertainment & Media reserves the right to refuse scripts which may bring LightHeart Entertainment & Media into disrepute, including any script which is threatening, obscene, defamatory, libelous, unlawful, or promotes and/or encourages illegal activity.
• We may terminate this Agreement immediately upon your breach of any of the terms or conditions hereof or your violation of any other policies posted on our website, as determined in our sole discretion. In such event, you are not entitled to receive a refund of any fees or portion thereof paid to LightHeart Entertainment & Media in connection with Services purchased. LightHeart Entertainment & Media shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such termination.
• You may terminate the Agreement at any time by emailing us at: <lightheartentertainmentmedia@gmail.com> provided, however, that voluntary termination shall in no way relieve you of your responsibility to remit payment for all fees associated with your selected services.
• LightHeart Entertainment & Media reserves the right to amend terms and conditions at any stage, including script development services and prices charged for these services. In this event, a notice will be posted on our website.
